Hi! Welcome to Brān.
I'm so glad you found your way to my project, I've been working on this for quite some time.
If you're thinking Brān is just another personality test, you'd be reading the first page and closing the book.
I built Brān for humans — for everyone — to help people understand their brain. It begins with discovery, teaches tools and habits, and builds real connection. My goal is to help the user close the gap between their subjective experience and their ideal experience — where you are vs where you want to be.
The loneliness epidemic isn't due to a shortage of people — it's a shortage of people being themselves around each other. By aligning people with their true self, Brān connects them to people who appreciate them for who they actually are. All of the belonging needs satisfied, with no need to compromise your truest self.
As for me, I am nobody important. I am a neuroscientist, a psychologist, a creator, an innovator, a friend. I look forward to meeting you.
I really hope you enjoy my creation. I will never stop improving it.
Welcome to BrānBeta.Phase One is open. All users who join now receive Phase One User status — a permanent mark of being here first.
Become a Phase One UserPeople used to know themselves through the people around them. Small communities, shared work, repeated contact — you understood who you were because the people closest to you reflected it back honestly. That's how trust got built. Not through profiles or algorithms. Through presence.
That infrastructure is mostly gone. Not because people changed, but because the environments that made self-understanding and real connection automatic stopped existing. You can live somewhere with millions of people and still not have five who actually know how you think.
Every generation faces this. The ones that figure it out — that find ways for people to understand themselves clearly and bond with the right others — are the ones that hold together. The ones that don't, drift apart. It's not dramatic. It's just what happens when people lose the ability to see themselves honestly and find others who fit.
Brān starts with the individual. A 106-region neural profile that shows you how your brain actually processes the world. Not a label. Not a score. A map — so the gap between who you think you are and how you actually work gets smaller. Individual clarity first.
Then it works outward. BrānchOut puts you in a room with people whose brains are compatible with yours. Connections strengthen with repeated contact and fade without it — because that's honest, and honest is useful. The platform tells you when you're overextended. It shows you where your energy is actually going.
When people understand themselves, they choose better. When they choose better, the people around them benefit. That's not ideology — it's just what happens. Individual clarity leads to stronger bonds. Stronger bonds lead to stronger communities. It compounds from the person outward.
We're not trying to fix everything. We're trying to give people two things they actually need: a clear picture of who they are, and a real way to find the people who fit. Philadelphia first. Then everywhere the same problem exists — which is everywhere.
Your neural profile maps 106 brain regions. Not a personality type. A real picture of how you process the world — so the gap between your experience and your potential gets smaller.
Connections that strengthen with contact and fade without it. No vanity metrics. No follower counts. Just an honest picture of who's actually in your life and how strong those bonds are.
You can't follow someone on Brān. You have to meet them. The platform requires real contact because real contact is the only thing that builds real trust.
When people understand themselves clearly and connect with the right others, something shifts. Not in a grand way. In a Tuesday-night way. In a "someone actually gets me" way. One person at a time, outward.
The assessment takes 20 minutes. What it tells you lasts a lot longer than that.
